Following the theme of Eastern Ontario, Quebec has some amazing recreation paths that ensure you can either ride a separate paved pathway for biking or have an expanded shoulder on a quiet country road. The “route verte” system of trails in Quebec was outstanding and also provided maintenance stops along the way.
