The Pickett Fire burning in Calistoga has forced evacuations of residents and wineries near Pickett Road. Napa County officials declared a local emergency on Sunday in response to the Pickett Fire. The fire has burned more than 6,800 acres and is currently 13% contained, CAL FIRE said. | ABC7 News
